We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour time frame, or for which a client is a "no-show," will incur a charge of 50% of the service booked. A credit card may be required to hold or book your next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service.
