Jess has been part of Flaunt since 2013, offering a wide range of services with a passion for variety in both her work and her clientele. As a Senior Stylist, she discovered her talent for transformation while in college and has since become known for her expertise in corrective color and short haircuts. Hollie Vargas
Affectionately known as Hollie Joy, she joined the Flaunt family in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience from Harrisburg, PA. Hollie is passionate about bold hair transformations, specializing in balayage, vibrant red and ginger hues, blonding techniques, and hand-tied weft extensions. Her goal is to help clients feel confident and seen, while building genuine connections with everyone who sits in her chair. Outside the salon, Hollie enjoys binge-watching nostalgic shows with her husband and dog, experimenting in the kitchen, and trying out fun new hairstyles just for the joy of it. Marissa Freeman
Licensed since 2010, Marissa brings a creative, transformation-focused approach to every appointment. She specializes in color correction, curly hair care, and styling education—crafting looks that are both beautiful and easy to maintain. Marissa moved to Baltimore with her partner and their senior pets, quickly finding a home at Flaunt. Outside the salon, she fosters dogs, volunteers with a senior rescue, enjoys DIY projects, hiking, ASMR, and time with family. Yana Wise
Yana has been behind the chair since 2014, after training at the Paul Mitchell Institute in Tysons Corner, VA—but her love for hair started long before that. A second-generation stylist, she grew up immersed in the industry and was drawn to the craft from a young age. She specializes in lived-in blondes, soft highlights, and hand-tied weft extensions, creating effortless, timeless looks that grow out beautifully and suit each client’s lifestyle.

Bella Huffman
Bella loves creating everything from sharp bob haircuts and bold color transformations to bright blondes, seamless grey coverage, and smooth blowouts. She also enjoys working with long hair, curly hair, updos, and adding a little sparkle with hair tinsel. While she has her favorite services, Bella is excited to welcome anyone into her chair as she builds her clientele at Flaunt. Outside the salon, Bella loves Chinese food and culture, Harry Potter, and spending time with her two dogs. Bella is available Fridays 11–7 p.m. and Saturdays 10–5 p.m., with some weekday flexibility.

Sara is the newest addition to our team, bringing fresh energy and a passion for all things hair. As an emerging stylist at Flaunt, she’s dedicated to building her craft from the ground up. With an artist's perspective on color, a gentle touch, and a keen eye for detail, Sara is quickly building her skills and confidence under the guidance of our experienced team. As Flaunt’s Salon Coordinator, Liz expertly manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly. From organizing schedules and streamlining communication to supporting the stylists and ensuring a seamless client experience, she’s the glue that holds the salon together. A longtime and vital member of the Flaunt team, Liz brings structure, calm, and a touch of flair to every day. Outside the salon, Liz embraces her love of horror films and goth style, and channels her creativity into running Rebel Rebel—a queer, size-inclusive clothing store that celebrates individuality and self-expression.
