Due to sanitary and hygienic reasons all Hair Extension purchases are final sale. If an unopened purchase needs to be returned or exchanged, there is an extra fee of $75.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour time frame or for which a client is a "no-show" will incur a charge of 50% of the service booked. A credit card may be required to hold or to book your next appointment.
Late Policy
A late arrival will risk losing your appointment and subject to a late fee. Please be respectful of our time.
